This Refund Policy applies to paid Pro subscriptions for the Lapseleap service at https://lapseleap.com, operated by Bracino oü (Estonian registry code: 12452492). All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the entity that sells the subscription to you and handles all payment processing, invoicing, and refunds.
