Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to paid Pro subscriptions for the Lapseleap service at https://lapseleap.com, operated by Bracino oü (Estonian registry code: 12452492). All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the entity that sells the subscription to you and handles all payment processing, invoicing, and refunds.

2. Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal date. Refund requests can be made by:

  • Contacting us at info@lapseleap.com with your account email.
  • Contacting Paddle directly through the receipt email you received at purchase.

Refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to your original payment method. No questions asked.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your Settings page or by contacting us at info@lapseleap.com.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual). You retain full Pro access until then.
  • After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free tier.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Since Paddle is our Merchant of Record, all refunds are processed by Paddle. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at purchase. Processing times depend on your payment provider:

  • Credit/debit cards: typically 5–10 business days.
  • PayPal: typically 3–5 business days.
  • Other methods: varies by provider.

5. Free Tier

The Free tier is provided at no charge. No refund issues arise from Free tier usage.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, you may:

  • Contact us again at info@lapseleap.com for further review.
  • File a complaint with the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijakaebuste komisjon) at komisjon.ee.
  • Use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
  • Contact Paddle's support directly through your purchase receipt.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service at least 14 days before they take effect.
